Escalar los problemas y reasignar las llamadas cuando sea necesario.

Revisar el historial de llamadas.

Informar con precisión de los datos del servicio.

Interactuar de manera profesional con los clientes para fomentar relaciones positivas.

Realizar algunas tareas de mantenimiento menores en los cajeros automáticos (por ejemplo, sustituir las bombillas, las correas de los lectores de tarjetas, los filtros de aire, etc.).

Realizar funciones básicas de instalación (por ejemplo, tirar de cables, montar dispositivos, instalar cerraduras MasHamilton).

Realización de arreglos técnicos como la eliminación de atascos de papel, atascos de tarjetas, atascos de billetes, etc.

Seguir los procesos de control de llaves/alarma/combinación en el área de responsabilidad asignada.

Apoyar a los técnicos de servicio en la realización de inspecciones de mantenimiento preventivo de los productos convencionales.

Mantener una comunicación eficaz con los miembros del equipo de técnicos de servicio, su equipo comercial y la dirección.

Desarrollar un conocimiento práctico de todas las normas, prácticas y procedimientos operativos.

**Principales responsabilidades**
- Diploma de escuela secundaria, GED o experiência laboral relacionada demostrada
- Capacidad para utilizar herramientas manuales básicas y piezas limitadas Conocimiento
- básico de PC, periféricos de PC y conectividad de red
- Conocimiento de productos de la industria relevante y habilidades básicas de ITIL preferidas.
- Capacidad para levantar y mover cargas pesadas, estar de pie la mayor parte del día, trepar, inclinarse y agacharse mientras se trabaja en el equipo.
- Aceptación de la exposición a los elementos externos. Se necesitan habilidades
- excepcionales de servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad para organizar e inventariar las piezas y herramientas de los camiones, cuando proceda.
- Sentido de urgencia, capacidad de organización, presencia profesional y trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad para aprobar el MVR, los antecedentes y la prueba de drogas cuando se requiera.
- Capacidad demostrada para representar a la empresa de forma fiable y profesional.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente con poca supervisión.
- Adaptabilidad a los turnos, lo que incluiría una rotación de guardia para las noches y los fines de semana.
- Capacidad para trabajar en turnos alternativos como fines de semana, vacaciones, tardes o noches.
- Cualificaciones necesarias
- Se prefiere un título profesional en un campo electromecánico.
- Experiência en reparación/instalación electromecánica.
- Conocimiento actual de la industria y experiência previa en el servicio de equipos bancarios y minoristas de Diebold Nixdorf u otros cajeros automáticos.
- Experiência previa como técnico de servicio de campo.
- Contar con Motocicleta modelo 2017 en adelante y cilindraje de máximo 200cc.
