Our client, a fast-growing online business, is seeking a Social Media Virtual Assistant to join their team. As a Social Media Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's online presence across various social media platforms. This role offers great flexibility, allowing you to work remotely and contribute to the company's success from anywhere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Research and analyze social media trends and implement strategies to drive engagement and increase followers.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and compelling content.
- Monitor and report on social media analytics, track key performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize social media strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates, new features, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Virtual Assistant or similar role, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and engaging writing style.
- Ability to create and curate visually appealing and compelling content.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret social media metrics.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
