**Role**: E-Commerce Jr. Project Manager

**Schedule**: M-F / 8:00 - 5:00 PST with eventually 2-3 hours buffer/flexibility)

**Type of Contract**: Full Time - Independent Contractor

**Salary Range**: 800 - 1800 USD (Based on Experience)

**Scope of the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Web Lead in regular site QA and testing.
- Join weekly web meetings to assist with documentation and project planning.
- Conduct general research tasks for new web builds and tests.
- Upload new products for launches and set up collections.
- Complete promotional setups on the site, including building discount codes, promo collections, uploading assets, and performing QA.
- Support web project management and optimize core collections weekly based on recent performance and specified needs.

**Requirements**:

- **C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have)**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, particularly on a Shopify Plus website. **(Must Have)**:

- Experience working with Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management platforms. **(Must Have)**:

- Proficiency with all elements of the Shopify Plus Admin console, including the Theme Editor, collections, and product setup and duplication.
- Comfort with other elements of Shopify, such as tags, metafields, and third-party apps like Rebuy.**(Nice to Have)**:

- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- Experience working with developers and marketing teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
