- As a member of the Cloud Service Management team the System Administrator - Public Cloud is is responsible for leading the design, build and operational aspects of hybrid cloud.- Work with various cloud providers (AWS, Azure, OCI) to deploy and run infrastructure used by our clients
- Deploy and administer cloud infrastructure and hybrid workloads
- Manage, maintain, monitor and support our clouds environment to resolve critical and complex technical issues.
- Analyzes and defines business requirements to determine specifications and standards; proposes and develops solutions
- Maintains reports, logs, or other records of security audits

+Monitors system uptime and performance, troubleshooting and resolving errors
- Typically requires experience with one or more cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI)- Develop Infrastructure as Code to support automated adherence to the patterns using Terraform
- Consistently share best practices with team members and help document procedures and create knowledge base articles to solve/workaround current issues.
- Act as a technical escalation point within the team. Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient solutions.

Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation as necessary**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 2+ years of experience with implementing and managing cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud).
- Experience with monitoring cloud environments and participating in incident and problem management activities
- Experience with container and orchestration solutions, including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Knowledge and experience with Phyton or Ansible.
- Experience with one or more scripting tools (Powershell, python, cloud native cli’s)
- Experience working in multi Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with cloud based technologies such as Azure, AWS and OCI Services

(AWS SDKs, AWS Services such as CloudFormation/Terraform, Lambda, EC2, VPC, S3, etc., Azure Services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, ARM Templates,- Knowledge of industry standards such as REST, OpenAPI, OpenID, oAuth2.0, Cloud Infrastructure, Source Code Management,
- Cloud Ops Tools
- Public Cloud Certifications: AWS/OCI/Azure
