**Job Title: Appointment Setter**

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build positive relationships with potential clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting quotas.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in appointment setting or telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Collaborative team player with adaptability to changing dynamics.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
