Business Intelligence Analyst

DB cluster planning, which includes Data sizing estimation, and identifying hardware requirements based on the estimated data size and transaction volume

Creating, installing, and configuring DB clusters

Using tools to monitor cluster availability and performance

Exporting data into different data formats

Using primary index and secondary indexes correctly to perform queries on data

Backup and restoring data to secure the system in the event of failure

Conducting a stress test on a cluster and interpreting the performance results

Develop and maintain data pipelines

Troubleshoot and debug issues with databases

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Understanding of relational and non-relational database concepts
- Good knowledge of Linux
- Good understanding of SQL Architecture (processes, how SQL systems work with memory and hard drive structures, transactions including transaction isolations, stages for query execution and how to tune it, cursors, multiclient connections and ways for re-using clients connections, tablespaces, roles and privileges and so on)
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting

NICE TO HAVE
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of basic DWH principles
- Good Python/Java/Scala/Batch experience
- Basic CI/CD Principles
- Hands-on Experience with Non Relational Databases such as Mongo, Dynamo, Cassandra, Reddis

TECHNOLOGIES
- Strong SQL experience
- Strong DBA experience
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ideally migration on-prem to Cloud
