The Commercial Transformation Supervisor is key leader that a team responsible support large deal preparation, administration and process. The position is based in Colombia, operating in a remote model.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:
- Administer, extend, support standard and nonstandard contracts
- Conduct proposal preparation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfilment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
- Prepare bids, processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyses data and maintains historical information.
- Maintain contract and compliance administration in support of our pricing and contracts portfolios
- Assist with the implementation of executed contracts into contract management system
- Instruct sales, marketing, finance, customer service, rebates, and other cross-functional departments in accessing relevant contract portfolio analytics
- Coordinate with functional teams to ensure billings are issued, disputes are resolved, and increase collection rates
- Manage sales systems projects for future improvements and/or functionality expansions
**Required Knowledge and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three years of experience with Contract Operations, Sales Operations, customer service, technical support or back office
- Fluent in English
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with KPI's and reporting
- One year of supervisory experience leading teams and handling complex customer issues and Experience Monitoring the team is considered advantageous for this role
