**Lead by inspiration**
As the regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sustainable growth of the divisions which are in the CVCA region
Consolidate the sales force to maintain, develop and strengthen our market share percentage.
Comply with the financial objectives of the Group in terms of efficiency, working capital, functional costs, and others.
Develop the strategy for the fulfillment of the proposed goals for the company.
You will have contact with our team at regional and international level, which will allow you to have a multicultural approach to the role, increasing your practical and personal knowledge.
***Your mission**:
- Consolidate the sales force to maintain, develop and strengthen our market share percentage.
- Comply with the financial objectives of the Group in terms of efficiency, working capital, functional costs, and others.
- Develop the strategy for the fulfillment of the proposed goals for the company.
- Contribute to the value of the company through the creation and implementation of impact strategies at the CVCA region level, achieving a business with sustainable growth and continuous innovation.
**Profile**:
- Professional in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or related careers.
- 5 years’ experience as Sales Area Manager and 10 years in positions in Engineering, administration, marketing, negotiations, Sales Management, market knowledge
- Technical knowledge in construction and mining equipment.
- Fluency in the English and Spanish language (spoken and written).
- Management of Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes programs and tools.

**To be successful in this role you will possess the following**:
- Define the budgets and goals to be achieved together with the distributors, the collaborators under their charge, with the divisions of the Group and with the General Manager, in accordance with the available resources (potential market, merchandise, among others).
- Organize, direct, supervise and coordinate commercial activities.
- Achieve a greater participation in the Colombian market and in the region of the products of the business area in Colombia (Capital - consumables - Service)
- Direct the sales process under his/her responsibility, ensuring the development and promotion of a vision and leadership strategy of the products that are sold in the different markets.
- Develop a plan to build and maintain the skills required in all areas of marketing to professionally achieve the proposed goals.
- Establish the appropriate conditions so that the staff under your supervision can carry out their work efficiently.
- Ensure the stability and profitability of the businesses in the CVCA region within the established structure and develop a defined growth plan on global bases.
- Organize sales resources to ensure profitability and a favorable return on investment within the structure established for sales in conjunction with the objectives of the different Divisions and the objectives of the Group, achieving the optimization of available resources.
- Formulate and implement improvement actions.
- Attend and resolve customer complaints and/or claims.
**Location and travel**:
- This position is located in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Contract is on local rules (no expat).
- Frequent travel is required.
