**About the Role**:
As the **Internal Communications and Digital Workspace Manager** at Americanflat, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless communication and collaboration across the company, with a specific focus on optimizing our digital workspace tools, especially Notion. You will play a pivotal role in connecting teams, facilitating smooth workflows, and supporting leadership with tailored reporting and strategic insights. This position involves overseeing the integration and management of project management systems, fostering a collaborative environment, and working closely with the leadership team to align internal communications with organizational goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Internal Communication Optimization**: Oversee the implementation and optimization of internal communication tools and processes to ensure alignment across all departments. This includes managing digital workspaces such as Notion, ClickUp, and other communication platforms.
- **System Integration and Synchronization**: Ensure seamless integration and synchronization of all project management and communication tools to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
- **Process Development and Improvement**: Design and implement workflows and communication strategies that promote transparency, streamline processes, and ensure team members have timely access to relevant information.
- **Collaborative Reporting**: Work directly with leadership to craft and deliver tailored reports that provide insights into team performance, project status, and potential communication gaps.
- **Training and Support**: Lead training initiatives for internal tools and systems, ensuring all employees are proficient in using platforms like Notion and ClickUp to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- **Troubleshooting and System Performance**: Monitor the performance of internal communication and workflow systems, troubleshooting and resolving any issues promptly.
- **Stay Informed on Best Practices**: Keep up to date with the latest trends in internal communications and digital workspace tools, and implement improvements to enhance team collaboration and communication.
- **Manage Remote Coordination**: Oversee the Remote Coordinator to ensure all systems are efficiently maintained, up-to-date, and aligned with team needs and expectations.
- **Support Leadership and Operations**: Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, helping them implement and manage internal communication initiatives that align with organizational goals and culture.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with Notion and other collaboration tools, with a portfolio demonstrating your work in digital workspace management.
- Strong understanding of internal communications strategies, team collaboration, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in managing and integrating project management tools such as Notion and ClickUp.
- Proven ability to work with C-suite executives and senior leaders, crafting tailored reports, strategic initiatives, and internal communications.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional training and support abilities, with a track record of helping teams effectively use digital tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and streamline workflows.
- Experience in fostering a culture of transparency, communication, and collaboration in a remote or hybrid work environment.
