Learn more at Job Function Technology Product & Platform Management Job Sub Function Business Systems Analysis Job Category Scientific/Technology All Job Posting Locations Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia Job Description The Global Learning Enablement (GLE) organization, part of Johnson & Johnson Global Services (GS), is recruiting a Digital Enablement Analyst to support, manage and enhance digital platforms to ensure flawless user access, strong data integrity, and efficient system performance. This role plays a key part in enabling digital capabilities across the organization through system admin and platform configuration, automation support, data insights, documentation, and user training. The analyst will work closely with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes, optimize digital experiences, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize digital platforms by managing user accounts, permissions, system settings, templates, and overall platform configurations. Support, develop and implement workflow automations (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps). Find opportunities to streamline digital processes and support the testing and deployment of automation improvements. Review and adjust platform and system‑wide settings to support operational needs. Serve as the first escalation point for platform issues, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting system incidents and their resolutions. Monitor and report platform usage, performance metrics, system functionality, and analytical indicators. Develop and maintain SOPs, guides, templates, and configuration documentation. Deliver training sessions and onboarding support for users and teams. Communicate new features, improvements, and best practices to drive user adoption, while regularly reviewing access rights, ensuring security standards, and maintaining accurate records of all platform changes. Stay ahead of platform improvements and digital trends. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Experience and Skills Required: Experience managing or supporting digital platforms or enterprise systems. (System Admin) Experience with workflow automation tools, digital platforms, or systems administration. Good understanding of user access management, role‑based permissions, and security frameworks. Analytical skills with experience generating dashboards, reports, or insights. Experience developing process documentation, guides, and training content. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. High attention to detail and data accuracy and system integrity. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred: Preferably previous experience with CVENT or background supporting enterprise learning, events, or workplace digital platforms. Familiarity with AI‑powered efficiency or automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, AI‑assisted insights, AI‑based automation triggers). Exposure to API‑based integrations, data structures, or cross‑platform connectivity. Experience working in global teams and accommodating different time zones. Understanding of process improvement methodologies or digital transformation initiatives. Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
