The Marketing Associate will support the marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns and initiatives. They will assist in creating and editing marketing materials, managing social media platforms, conducting market research, and analyzing campaign data to optimize marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Create and edit marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content
- Manage social media platforms and engage with online community
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations
- Support in organizing events and trade shows
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Previous experience in marketing or related roles preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
