En Gomezleemarketing estamos en búsqueda de un profesional universitario en Administración, Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial o afines, para unirse a nuestro equipo en el cargo de Ecommerce Assoaciate, que cuente con experiencia entre 1 a 3 años en cargos similares.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestión de Inventarios: Monitorear de manera continua el inventario  disponible, asegurando su disponibilidad durante el  mes. Coordinar con el equipo de producción para gestionar traslados entre bodegas y activar alertas de inventario.
  • Gestionar preventas y buscar productos sustitutos cuando sea necesario.
    Seguimiento de Pedidos Bloqueados: Colaborar con el área de logística para resolver bloqueos de pedidos, ya sea por cartera, disponibilidad de productos o aprobación de precios, garantizando la entrega oportuna a los clientes.
  • Alta de Productos en Plataformas Ecommerce: Dar de alta productos en plataformas de ecommerce (Vtex, Marketplaces, Producteca), asegurando su correcto lanzamiento, incluyendo carga de contenido, disponibilidad y cumplimiento de plazos establecidos.
  • Colaboración con el Equipo de Contenido: Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de contenido para auditar y pre-alta de productos, garantizando la calidad de la información publicada.
  • Gestión de Artes para Banners Web: Subir y actualizar artes para banners en la página web utilizando Vtex, asegurando una presentación atractiva y coherente con las promociones vigentes.
  • Definición y Alineación de Promociones: Colaborar con el equipo legal para definir y alinear los términos y condiciones de promociones mensuales y bancarias, y garantizar su correcta publicación en el sitio web.
  • Seguimiento de Observaciones Legales: Dar seguimiento a observaciones legales relacionadas con promociones y reclamos, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas y manteniendo comunicación efectiva para resolver inconvenientes.
  • Conciliación de Facturas: Realizar la conciliación mensual de facturas, verificando que las ventas coincidan con las facturas cobradas en plataformas, con el fin de mantener cuentas sanas y optimizar posibles ahorros.
  • Gestión de Facturas de Proveedores y Marketplaces: Asegurar que las facturas de proveedores y marketplaces estén correctamente radicadas para su pago puntual.
  • Actualización de Reportes de Ventas: Mantener actualizados los reportes de ventas, integrando datos de diferentes plataformas y fuentes de información para facilitar su análisis y toma de decisiones.

Requisitos: 

  • Experiencia 1 a 3 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados.
  • Experiencia en comercio electrónico (deseable).
  • Conocimiento de herramientas como Vtex (deseable).

  • Habilidades y Competencias:
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y coordinar con diversas áreas.
  • Atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas.
  • Proactividad.

Formación Académica: 

  • -Título universitario en Administración, Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
