Founded in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and now headquartered in Franklin, TN, **Superior Roofing** has been protecting homes and building trust for nearly two decades. With a client-first mindset and a tech-forward approach, we specialize in insurance-based roofing services, gutter installations, and exterior repairs across the greater Nashville area. We're not your average roofing company, we're a client satisfaction technology company that happens to do roofing. We believe in efficiency, transparency, and building a team of professionals who take pride in providing a Rockstar-level customer service experience.

As a **Client Specialist**, you'll act as the central point of contact for our customers from their first call to their final invoice. This is a 100% remote position for individuals fluent in English, with bonus points for Spanish bilingual skills. You'll handle inbound calls, schedule site assessments, communicate with internal teams, and ensure no client question goes unanswered.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and assessments using platforms like Jobber
- Coordinate with project managers and field crews to resolve client concerns in real time
- Send project updates and reminders to clients with clarity and professionalism
- Document all communications and maintain accurate records
- Be available during U.S. business hours (flexibility depending on region/time zone)

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish fluency is a strong plus
- 2 or more years of client service, call center, or virtual assistant experience preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based tools (Jobber experience a plus)
- Detail-oriented, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple client interactions
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
