We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual with **(3) THREE **of experience in **Microsoft ADO, Product Management, Product Roadmaps, Release Plans, Requirements, Specifications, and User Stories documentation**. to join our team as a Mid-level Scrum Master/Product Manager Support. Here's what we're seeking: **Key Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with the Head of Product to support all aspects of product development and enhancement. - Assist in documenting product requirements, specifications, and user stories to ensure clear communication within the development team. - Help maintain and track development tasks, resources, and status in Microsoft ADO. This includes managing product roadmaps, release plans, and feature prioritization aligned with the company's strategic goals. - Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and updates. - Contribute to the development of product documentation, including user guides, tutorials, and FAQs, to enhance user experience and reduce support inquiries. - Manage weekly development meetings and task tracking for a team of 5 development resources. **APPLY**, we have an opportunity for you **Conditions**: - **Indefinite term contract**, we love long-term relationships so we want you to be part of this family for a long time. - You can be located **anywhere in the world**, we like you to work remotely But if you are located in** Medellin** and **Bogota** we want you to work two days a month from home Sofka, looking to generate **SYNERGIES** and **STRENGTHEN** bonds with your team, plus you share a nice lunch....
