**What you will do**
- Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values;
- Guide the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left;
- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization;
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment;
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving;
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution;
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information;
- Follow PMO guidelines for scrum ceremonies and reporting;
- Support and education, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog;
- Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.

**Must Haves**
- Understanding of software development life cycle and PM practices;
- Agile mindset, mainly under the Scrum framework;
- Hands-on PM experience;
- Go-getter and result-oriented attitude;
- The desire and motivation to follow new technologies, trends, and best practices;
- Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English.

**Nice to haves**
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP), or other PM and Agile-related certifications;
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA;
- Development experience and engineering background are a big plus;
- People management experience - mentoring technical team members.
