Senior Financial Analyst, Customer Solutions FP&A

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Solutions FP&A, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing regional costs and forecast for Colombia, Latam and some specific international operations.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare weekly and monthly financial/operational reports and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Own and maintain the financial model for Colombia and LatAm operations, and manage its continuous development and improvement.
- Manage and own the month-end process in support of Hub FP&A deliverables.
- Connect regularly with other teams to update and maintain operating metrics and labor forecasts across the lines of business.
- Consistently coordinate and collaborate with key business partners, in order to communicate new opportunities for the business as a whole.
- Work with team members and other stakeholders to develop the Annual Operating Plan.
- Effectively communicate with business partners through verbal and written channels in both English and Spanish.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and aptitude in financial systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and organization.

- Ability to work with and manipulate large datasets is a must.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with financial systems a plus (e.g. Hyperion, DAX, OneStream), as well as any data analysis software.
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or similar roles.
