**About the Role** **Locations**:Colombia only (remote) Come join us at Odisea and work with some of the most exciting start-ups in the United States We are seeking a Revit Content Specialist with expertise in creating Revit families in the building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing space. This role will primarily focus on the creation of high quality content libraries using the Revit Family Editor. **Primary** **Responsibilities** - Utilize Revit Family Editor to produce Revit families for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing space. - Ensure Revit Families match scope requirements and are delivered by the required deadline **Required Skills**: - Basic Revit modeling knowledge required - Experience creating Revit Families, including: - Parametric modeling via reference planes, reference lines, constraints, and linked parameters - Understanding of parameters (shared and family) - Proficiency with Revit formula syntax - Knowledge of Revit family lookup tables - Experience with nested Revit families - Experience with Revit family troubleshooting - Knowledge of Revit materials and their relationship with Revit families - Basic understanding of Revit visibility controls and connection with families - Basic competency with geometric modeling (extrusions, sweeps, blends, revolves) - Revit family connector knowledge a plus - Not Required, but highly desired: - Adaptive component experience - Complex geometric modeling experience **Required Qualifications**: - Excellent written and verbal English proficiency - Ability to execute on English instructions effectively and troubleshoot when necessary - 3+ years experience creating Revit families for MEP with accuracy, parametric geometry, automated formulas, nested components, and properly configured connectors and data - Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Proficient in time management with a proven track record of constantly meeting deadlines - Not Required, but highly desired: - Experience working in the building mechanical, electrical, or plumbing construction industry - During the interview be able to demonstrate your portfolio of families created and how they function **Benefits** - Flexible work schedule - Family Health Benefits - Internet costs - Continuing Education for related skills and technology - Recreation (for snacks, gym, Netflix, Spotify etc.) - and more **About the Company** Odisea fue fundada bajo la creencia de que las empresas increíbles solo pueden ser construidas sobre la base de una cultura intencional cultivada por personas excelentes.
