OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Content Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content development, with a particular expertise in using Articulate 360. This role involves coaching and reviewing the work of team members, managing complex projects, and driving key initiatives to enhance our content offerings. The candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and have 6+ years of relevant experience. How you'll make an impacto Translations: Translating content from English to LatAM- Spanish and Portuguese. o Articulate 360 Expertise: Utilize advanced skills in Articulate 360 to develop engaging and interactive content. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices to continuously improve content quality.o Project Management: Lead and manage complex content development projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.o Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Understand their needs and ensure content solutions meet their expectations.o Initiative Leadership: Drive key initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the content development team. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in content delivery.o Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and of high quality.o Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, and IT, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive content solutions. About youo Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.o Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese and working knowledge of French (Canada).o 6+ years of experience in content development, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.o Expertise in Articulate 360 and other e-learning authoring tools.o Strong leadership and coaching skills.o Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.o Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Preferred Qualifications:o Experience in the insurance or risk management industry.o Certification in instructional design. Why Join Us:At Arthur J.
