Our Business Platforms team develops and manages integrated digital platforms that support various business functions, efficiency, connectivity, and innovation across the organization. They are experts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), Information Technology Management Systems (ITMS), E-Commerce, Intranet and InsurTech.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all administrative duties, including the deployment, release, security, and maintenance of Salesforce standard recommendations.
- Provide operational support for the data pipeline and analytics infrastructure.
- Manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- 2+ years of overall development experience (Salesforce or other technology stack).
- Proven hands-on experience integrating other systems with Salesforce.
- Experience in designing and developing data models and data flows.
- Functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Admin I or Platform Developer I.
- Proficient in English, with a level of B2 or higher.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to challenges.
