**About the Senior Salesforce Engineer**:
The Salesforce Engineer role will be able to design, build, and support scalable and maintainable solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Salesforce development and architecture principles.
**Responsibilities**
Solution Design & Development:

- Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using best practices.
- Estimate level of effort and assist in planning development work.

Salesforce Platform Expertise:

- Leverage core Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and Platform Features.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other Salesforce products.
- Optimize the use of platform capabilities to minimize custom development where possible.

Technical Execution:

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to established development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with internal team members including Solution Consultants, Project Managers and other Engineers to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Escalate risks or blockers to the Technical Lead or Director as needed.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Quality & Continuous Improvement:

- Participate in QA activities, including unit testing and supporting user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of internal processes, standards, and tools.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend features or upgrades to improve the platform.

**Qualifications**
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
- Experience working with multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform limitations.
- Experience participating in or leading technical design sessions and solution reviews.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
