Digital Marketing Specialist

This role has operational responsibility to develop and implementation of advertising campaigns on the internet using platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn for Business, and Meta for Business, as well as other techniques such as Programmatic Ads, eCommerce Ads, digital magazines, newsletters, SEO, social media among others to find new clients and grow existing accounts in the most profitable way possible.
The position holder has operational responsibility for the digital marketing team's goals for LATAM, including activation (acquisition), validation (nurture), and demand acceleration. This role works on the collection, creation and distribution of best practices in terms of planning, activation, monitoring and optimization of digital advertising strategies and tactical actions to achieve demand generation, current customers retention and deepening.
The Digital Marketing specialist will also have hands-on responsibility for managing the budget, contracts, and relationships with external agencies and vendors.
This role works directly with sales, field marketing, portfolio marketing, account-based marketing, marketing operations, channel marketing, and global program teams.

- Works closely with the central marketing teams to ensure alignment on demand program key messages and goals.
- Collaborates with the field and central marketing teams to ensure cohesive creation, execution, and testing/optimization to increase engagement.
- Supports the documentation and communication/distribution of best practices for demand marketing program implementation across the organization, including recommendations for improvements.
- Serves as the key stakeholder and evangelist for testing and optimization, championing data-driven risk taking by demand marketers.
**Education & Certifications**:
- Marketing/Advertising Degree
- Desired Digital Marketing/Digital Advertising specialization
- Google Ads certifications (At least Search, Display and Video)
- LinkedIn for Business
- Meta Advertising platforms certification
- Google Analytics basic certification.
**Requirements**:
- Marketing experience in a business to business environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Experience of ABM (account-based marketing) preferred.
- Working knowledge of tools in digital experience and demand marketing, along with established tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, social media platforms, social ads, Google Ads, Programmatic ads.
- Paid media platforms experience (Google Ads, LinkedIn for Business, Meta for Business).
- Analytics: Reporting and Dashboards experience (GA, Data Studio).
- SEM and SEO improving platforms (SEMRush, Similarweb, Alexa etc.).
- Performance oriented (KPI management).
- Budget Management.
- Graphic Design Skills.
- Creativity.
- Excel Knowledge.
- External providers management
- Knowledge of Inbound marketing methodologies.
- Intermediate verbal and written English language communications skills - able to present thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders.
