The Price and Compensation Analyst for Talent Acquisition Process Allocations will be responsible for analyzing and developing pricing strategies and compensation plans specifically for talent acquisition processes. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing data, and collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures for new hires.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze competitive pricing and compensation trends for talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions for new hires
- Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to design and update compensation structures and policies for new hires.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on pricing and compensation analysis for senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and compensation programs for talent acquisition, making recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and pricing in talent acquisition.

**Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pricing analysis, compensation analysis, or a similar role, preferably in talent acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- English B2+

**Preferred Qualifications**:Master’s degree in a related field.**
- Professional certification in compensation (e.g., HAY, CCP, GRP).
- Experience in BPO, staffing or HR.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

**Schedule**:L-V 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (Colombia time)
Training: 100% On-Site. Possibility to hybrid or remote position after training

**Location**: Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Armenia, Bucaramanga, Argentina.

Indefinite term contract with Solvo Global.
