**JOB TITLE: Legal Recruiter Specialist**

**LOCATION: Full onsite in El Poblado, Medellin**

**TYPE: In-office**

**SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (Colombian Time)**

**TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent**

**PAY RATE WITH BENEFITS: DOE**

**Responsibilities**:
**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English, you have the power to captivate and charm with your exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- You've got at least three (3) years of experience in legal, sales, or a related field, and you're ready to channel that expertise into an exciting new role.
- While it's not a deal-breaker, we're particularly excited if you have at least one (1) year of recruiting experience, especially within the legal industry. Show us what you've got
- Your interpersonal skills are off the charts, and you're the organizational wizard everyone turns to when things need to get done.
- The Microsoft Office suite holds no secrets for you - you're a pro
- You're bursting with energy and passion about the art of talent acquisition. It's not just a job for you; it's a calling.
- You've got a track record of demolishing quotas and exceeding expectations. Show us how you shine
- While not essential, a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a definite plus. We love seeing that dedication and commitment.
