**YOU ARE**:

Specializing in commercial law, contract law, etc.
- Having 5+ years of work experience according to specialization profile
- Working with integrity and responsibility
- Able to work under pressure and with a variety of personalities
- Willing and able to work overtime
- Project/client, and result-oriented
- A flexible person
Proficient in English language (C1 level is required)
**YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:

- Giving accurate and timely advice on a variety of legal topics
- Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- Communicating and negotiating with internal and external parties
- Drafting and solidifying agreements, contracts, and other legal papers
- Providing clarification on legal language or specifications
- Maintaining current knowledge of alterations in legislation
