**Junior Recruiter / Reclutador Corporativo Bilingue**
Job**:Talent Acquisition**
Primary Location**:Medellin, Colombia (EL Poblado)**
Schedule**:7am-5pm Monday through Friday (no weekends)**
Salary**:$600 USD base salary + Commissions**

THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION. IT IS A HUMAN RESOURCES AND TALENT ACQUISITION POSITION.
**What would you do?**
- You will ensure that minimum qualification standards and appropriate job-offer parameters (salary, relocation allowance, signing bonus, etc.) are established prior to posting positions.
We work as a team, so you will never have to go through any of these processes by yourself. Ttg’s culture is based on trust and communication, so we will all succeed together.
**What are we looking for?**
**Minimum qualifications**:
- **Fluent English knowledge. **Able to read, write, but specially talk and understand in English.
- One (1) year of sales or general work experience, 1+ years of recruiting preferred not required.
- Great attitude, humble and not take no for an answer
**Salary**: $2,500,000 - $5,000,000 per month
