**Bilingual Recruiter / Reclutador Corporativo Bilingue**
Job**:Talent Acquisition**
Primary Location**:Medellin, Colombia (EL Poblado)**
Schedule**:7am-5pm Monday through Friday (no weekends) FULL ONSITE**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person

**Qualifications**
- **Fluent English knowledge. **Able to read, write, but specially talk and understand in English.
- One (1) year of legal, sales or general work experience, 1+ years of recruiting preferred not required.
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Pay: $2,000,000 - $2,400,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Recruiter and talent acquisition: 1 year (preferred)
- recruiting Marketing roles: 1 year (preferred)
- recruiting Legal roles: 1 year (preferred)
- recruiting Finance and Accounting roles: 1 year (preferred)
- recruiting IT roles: 1 year (preferred)
- recruiting Health roles: 1 year (preferred)
- recruiting Admin and support roles: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (preferred)
