We are looking for an **Inside Sales Representative **who will be accountable for relationship management with current customers and potential up sale.
**This is the perfect position for you if**:

Every day you combine your understanding of customer requirements with our technical insight to define useful solutions for our customers and successfully employ research to achieve your goals.
You are good at spotting business opportunities and are capable of conveying complex solutions to customers in a user-friendly way.
Furthermore, you are good at co-operating and communicating internally and externally - and have the necessary persistence to find the best solution for both project44 and the customer.
**Key Accountabilities**
- As **Inside Sales Representative** your main responsibility is to secure and develop the commercial success of all project44 products and services. Based on our current sales strategy you will be working to develop and optimize our current customer relationships and increase our footprint in the LATAM market.
- You are responsible for the execution of the whole sales process with the use of our sales tools - from initial customer contact to the closing of contracts.
- You will own a number of accounts and will be fully responsible for forecasting and revenue delivery.
- Furthermore, you will develop detailed sales plans, and meet targets through constant dialogue with key stakeholders in the customer's organization.
**Requirements & Preferred Skills**
- Commercial education combined with:
- 2-5 years experience in a Sales role with a proven track record in the Latam market
- Technology-based enterprise sales experience within SaaS or platform products, and some knowledge and understanding within the Logistics/Supply chain sector
- Proactive and outgoing and knows how to relate and communicate with customers.
- You have good planning and organizational skills and a deep desire to succeed and win business
- Fluent or native in Spanish, and English written and verbal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Maturity to work independently (remote)
