**The role**

As a Statistician Recruitment and Training Analyst, you will take an important part in the implementation of the necessary procedures for a centralized and uniform approach towards recruitment and training of statisticians. You will ensure that all recruitment practices as well as training material are up-to-date and will actively guide statisticians during their onboarding phase.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Post and maintain statistician job ads across all necessary platforms.
- Provide recruitment planning assistance to the Statistician Network Coordinators.
- Profile creation and access management for new statisticians in all necessary platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the efficiency of the training & onboarding process of statisticians.
- Occasional communication with statisticians during their training/onboarding phase.
- Coordinate the training and testing process of the statisticians.
- Recheck of statisticians' training matches.
- Creation and maintenance of all statistician training materials.
- Monitor compliance regarding training and onboarding procedures across the network.
- Prepare and conduct statistician workshops/seminars.
- Preparation of periodic and one-off reports.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command of the English language.
- Methodical and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Data management skills and strong MS Office competence (PowerBI knowledge is a plus).
- Self-motivated, organized, and highly efficient personality.
- Knowledge of the rules of Football, Basketball, Volleyball, and a variety of other sports
