As the HR Administrator you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic interventions for talent acquisition, retention, development, and all the related HR projects, guaranteeing an efficient operation within the Bogota center.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the whole cycle of the recruitment and selection process within Bogota office to satisfy the center needs and contribute to an efficient operation.
- Supervise and control the hiring process and the social security enrollement for new hires to guarantee legal procedures compliance.
- Perform and coordinate the onboarding of new hires, keep the onboarding presentations up to date.
- Supervise and assure the complete and adequate organization of the employee files.
- Review and control the HR policies and procedures for talent acquisition, development, retention and wellbeing that ensure an excellent work environment, effectiveness, and fairness within the center.
- Review and execute the salary structure and performance management policies and strategies to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Monitor the main Human Resources KPI data to control the internal processes and adapt new strategies towards improvement.
- Manage and execute disciplinary procedures in constant collaboration with operations to ensure an efficiently operation for the center.
- Provide support in the day to day HR issues working in close collaboration with the different functions to maintain a great work environment.
- Support Operations in coaching and mentoring of employees of all levels to contribute to their professional development.
- Supervise the HR Analysts, HR Assistant, interns, and their processes guarantee that internal policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage the whole termination process for employees including the related paperwork, exit interviews and reports, providing good support to maintain an excellent NPS with former employees.
**Requirements**:
- **1 year of experience** working in recruitment of personnel, massive recruitment desirable.
- **Live in Bogotá, Colombia.**:
- **C1 English level**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English & Spanish**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in administrative careers, Psychology or related.
