We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and proactive Lead Management Analyst At Rappi our days are never the same. We love to hustle, work hard for a greater good and strive to be the leading tech company in Latin America. You’ll be part of our Restaurants vertical where you’ll be in charge of helping the Lead Management team build the analysis and reporting needed to guide our strategy towards an optimal restaurant assortment for our users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Constant interaction with the commercial teams across the region to provide the leads (potential partners) to work with and hit the targets defined by the central and local teams in terms of new restaurants joining the App.
- Proactivity and self management to remove potential roadblocks that put at risk the team’s goals in terms of lead generation.
- Analyze our data to design strategies that help the central team achieve its goals regarding the restaurant assortment in Latin America.
- Make sure that the commercial teams are using, properly, the input given by the team in order to increase the number of partners available on the App.

**Key Requirements**:

- Advance skills in Microsoft Excel
- Capability to interact with commercial teams in different countries
- Analytic skills to transform raw data into commercial insights to define strategies
- Conversational English (C1)
- Perform well under pressure

**Desired Requirements**:

- Conversational Portuguese
- SQL
