You will be responsible for the following:
- Prospecting ICP leads.
- Scheduling Qualified Demos for our Automation Specialist team.
- Building outreach campaigns and strategies.
- Participating in, and leading, sales (and other professional development) training
**We are looking for people who**:
- Are highly intelligent, adaptable, and a natural problem solver.
- Are self-learners.
- Have 1+ years experience in sales or marketing.
- _ Speak Portuguese/Spanish and English._
- Have experience working in a pedal-to-the-metal (and often chaotic) start-up.
- Have a proven record of being a top performer.
**Most, but not all, have**:
- Started, or a desire to start, their own company.
- Desires to become a leader and manager.
- A business related degree.
