**Job Purpose**

The Scrum Master will be responsible for supporting and helping one or two Scrum teams, ensuring agility and excellent deliveries of e-commerce solutions within projects worldwide.

Will be working closely with the development team and the Product Owner to achieve business value and successful delivery of the project within specified project constraints.

The Scrum Master is not the manager of the Team members, nor are they a project manager, team lead, or team representative. Instead, the Scrum Master will be responsible for driving Agile mindset and high-quality standards across project teams and organization.

The Scrum Master will be directly reporting to the Team Lead Scrum Masters, PMO.

**What we are looking for**:

- Familiar with Agile software development frameworks and processes like Scrum, Kanban;
- Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, SoS, DaD, LeSS, Nexus), experience in scaled Agile frameworks is a plus;
- Experience as Agile trainer is a plus;
- Strong Agile mindset;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Understanding of cognitive biases in multicultural environments;
- Knowledge of principles of how adults are learning would be a plus;
- Knowledge and experience in facilitation using different techniques;
- Knowledge in Jira, Confluence is a plus;
- Practical experience in facilitating remote meetings with any tools;
- Formal certification as Scrum Master;
- Formal Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) certification is a plus;
- 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master or AgileCoach/Team Coach;
- E-commerce domain knowledge would be a plus;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills;
- Software development basic knowledge would be a plus.

**What you will be doing**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree plus
- 10 - 15 years of project/account relationship management experience
- Extensive knowledge in program management, operations management, eCommerce and staff management
- Extensive knowledge in ecommerce platforms
- Extensive knowledge of highly-professional CRM in an ecommerce environment
- Significant experience with MS Office and Google Suite
- Significant experience with CRM software (e.g Salesforce)
- Significant experience with SaaS deployment and its supporting architecture
- Significant experience with Atlassian tools (e.g. Confluence and JIra)
