What you would do- Interested in learning new technologies and methods, staying up to date on modern frameworks and libraries.- Love to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and be passionate about creativity and learning new technologies.- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to design, develop and ship new features in the Android App.-
- Participate in design discussions, peer code reviews, and team meetings across Web, iOS, and of course — Android.- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality product by building, executing, and maintaining automated and manual tests.- Be a team player in a highly collaborative environment
Minimum Qualifications- Knowledge of Agile software development practices.- Solid understanding of object-oriented design patterns and principles.-
- Experience with Android SDK and open-source Android libraries.- Knowledge of relational databases.- Comfortable with integrating RESTful web APIs and JSON.- Strong problem solving, initiative, and collaboration skills.- A desire to help our team continuously improve.- A B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent would be ideal.- New Grads are welcome to apply
Preferred Qualifications- 1+ years of experience in developing native Android apps with Kotlin or Java.- Technical experience related to debit and credit cards, banking or other areas of Fintech.- Experience working in an Agile Team environment as well as work independently.- Experience with RxJava or Coroutines.- Experience with writing UI tests with Espresso.- Experience writing tests using JUnit and mocking frameworks.- Experience with testing automation.
