As a company, we are always looking to generate solutions for our customers by the implementation of disruptive technologies and innovative solutions.

The team will be in charge of materializing the plans and projects that look promising from a business perspective, driving the company's growth and helping Rappi achieve its short and long term objectives.

Rappi will provide you with daily challenges in new technologies, tools, and business requirements to move the needle.

For this purpose, we have identified the need of an Android developer. The team will be working on Rappi´s App which is available both in the App Store and Google Play Store. This person will be incharge of the development and deployment of new features for Android devices.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:- Improve engineering processes and tools to increase team effectiveness- Work across both technical and business focused teams to deliver value to our users- Review pull request of others- Deploy Beta versions for testing and work closely with QAs- Deploy final versions to Google Play Store- Measuring UI/App performance, especially around UI response time and network use

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Android basic components (Activity, Fragment, Intent, Service, BroadcastReceiver, ContentProvider)- Basic UI components (mostly from Material Design)Toolbar, ViewPager, RecyclerView, CardView, Floating Action Button, Navigation Drawer, BottomBar, CoordinatorLayout- Build tools Gradle- Most popular libraries: Support library, Google Play Services, Retrofit, rxJava, rxAndroid, Dagger- Android Architecture- Kotlin- Agile mythologies- React- MVVM- Unit Test
