Ser aliado estratégico del negocio, acompañando y desarrollando iniciativas que impulsen las capacidades personales y organizacionales para alcanzar el logro de los objetivos.

**¿Como lo lograras?**
- Ejecutando la estrategia de Cultura de la organización e impulsando el desarrollo de capacidades en torno a la gestión del cambio e innovación en lideres y miembros de equipo
- Gestionando el proceso de desempeño y desarrollo del talento
- Atrayendo el talento idóneo para la organización
- Ejecutando los planes de formación a todos los níveles de la compañía
- Gestionando los procesos laborales y disciplinarios de la organización
- Administrando el proceso de compensación & beneficios incluida la gestión de novedades de personal y proceso de nómina
- Asegurando la calidad de la información y gestión de reportes y análisis correspondientes

**¿Que Buscamos?**
- Profesional psicología, ingeniería industrial, o carreras afines con mínimo 5 años de experiência en la coordinación y liderazgo de los procesos gestión del talento humano.
- Habilidades de comunicación, proactividad, flexibilidad, dinamismo y trabajo en equipo
- Requerido nível de inglés Intermedio - Mínimo B1
- Deseable experiência en compañías del sector industrial y/o comercial
- Deseable conocimiento y experiência en sistema de gestión de talento como Workday
