We are looking for a **Lead Node.js Developer **to become a part of our **remote **team. Your role will primarily involve propelling the development of GenAI-based capabilities in our customer's products.
You will be at the helm of a team of developers, overseeing the design and execution of intricate software solutions that fulfill our customer's demands. It will be your responsibility to work in sync with other team members and customers to pinpoint requirements, formulate software architectures, and steer the introduction of new features.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading a team of developers in designing, creating, and maintaining software solutions that fulfill customer requirements
- Working in conjunction with cross-functional teams to pinpoint requirements, formulate software architectures, and steer the introduction of new features
- Ensuring software quality through the conduction of code reviews and involvement in testing and debugging activities
- Participating in the creation of technical documentation, such as requirements documents, design documents, and user manuals
- Keeping abreast with emerging technologies and best practices in software development to drive continuous improvement
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in software development, focusing on Node.js and TypeScript/React
- A proven record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
- A robust understanding of full-stack development principles
- The ability to function effectively in a remote team setting, equipped with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience with algorithms and data structures
- Proficiency in Docker
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate Level)

- Experience with LangChain and ChatGPT
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud services
- Familiarity with Playwright
