This role focuses on effectively conveying information, updates, and key messages to various stakeholders, both internal and external, involved in the PaaS service.

The role will contribute to the continuous improvement of the PaaS service by identifying areas for enhancement, suggesting process optimizations, and participating in post-implementation reviews to learn from past experiences and drive improvements.

The PaaS PM plays a vital role in ensuring clear and consistent communication to promote understanding, adoption, and satisfaction with the PaaS platform.

Key tasks and accountability

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT teams, business units, and stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the implementation and management of cloud services.

The PaaS PM is responsible for developing and implementing communication plans to engage and inform stakeholders about the PaaS service. This includes defining target audiences, identifying communication channels, and tailoring messages to effectively reach different stakeholder groups.

Internal Communication:
Internal communication is crucial to ensure that employees and internal teams are well-informed about the PaaS platform, its benefits, and updates. The PaaS Communications PM facilitates internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranets, and team meetings, to keep employees up to date with PaaS-related news, enhancements, and best practices.

Crisis Communication: In the event of any disruptions, service outages, or critical incidents related to the PaaS platform, the PaaS PM plays a crucial role in managing crisis communication. They provide timely updates, coordinate with relevant teams, and communicate mitigation plans to minimize the impact on users and maintain trust.

Performance and optimization:
Responsible for analyzing data related to the service, such as usage patterns, performance metrics, and other reports. This analysis helps identify opportunities for improvement, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure compliance.

Gather and analyze requirements for cloud services. This involves understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and documenting them for implementation.

Experience and milestones
- Academic and professional qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineer, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience
- Experience as a Cloud Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, platforms, and service providers. mandatory
- Project management experience in technology.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Knowledge

Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
