As a **Business Analyst**, your mission is to evaluate, document, and optimize business processes. You'll lead deep dive calls, analyze workflows, and communicate effectively across teams and with customers.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements and uncovering areas of improvement.
- Schedule and execute deep dive calls with our customers to document processes.
- Responsible for the analysis and design of processes.
- Communicate effectively and execute plans across functional team members and customers. Create, deliver, and post PDD & Technical Documentation.
- Identify optimization opportunities within a business, and document processes via data modeling techniques, BPMN 2.0.
- Run workshops and training sessions.
- Identify patterns and suggest potential innovation ideas for later review and analysis.
- Create a timeline for process optimizations and have stakeholders aligned.
- Responsible for tracking time and ensuring that all tasks assigned are documented and followed up on.
- Leverage project management skills to ensure the completion of process optimization plans.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**:A high school degree and an associate or bachelor's degree are **required**, in studies related to Industrial Engineering, Business Management, International Business, Systems, Technology, Computer Science, Software, or similar fields.
- **Experience**: At least 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or any other related role.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Proficiency in Bizagi and Excel, and a good understanding of data modeling techniques and BPMN.
- **Language**: Excellent English skills are required, with C1 proficiency preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. **following the American calendar.**:

- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**:Only for Colombia. This position will be **remote**.
- **Salary**: COP 4.500.000 + USD bonus for KPI compliance.
