**Who We Are**
Wisevu is a fully remote team of 20+ specialists. You'll work on exciting client accounts in major markets like NYC, Toronto, and Spain—implementing cutting-edge strategies that drive real impact.
**What Will You Do?**
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all digital marketing projects.
- Serve as the central point of contact for project status, ensuring that all team members meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- You’ll oversee workflows, resource allocation, and team performance, ensuring we deliver top-tier results for clients while scaling smoothly.
- Analyze SEO performance metrics using SEO and Analytics tools.
- Monitor key operational metrics (e.g., project completion rates, client satisfaction) and report insights to leadership.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring smooth project execution and a high-performing team environment.
**Requirements**:
**You’re a Great Fit If You**:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in project management or operations, ideally in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Can articulate well and speak English professionally (IELTS Band 9, CEFR C2, or native).
- Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Have an exceptional understanding of SEO principles, both on-page and off-page.
- Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and excel at leading and motivating teams.
- Are proficient with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello) and basic budgeting.
**Work-timings**:
- 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday). Fully remote.
