- Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Analyze ITIL processes / procedures and agree on them with clients
- Ability to analyze information, metrics and KPIs and create improvement plans
- Consolidation of information and generation of service metrics
- Consolidation of information and generation of Agile & metrics ITIL
- Consolidation of KPIs, calculation of ANS, exceptions and penalties
- Document processes, training and other account information
- Upload the necessary training to the client's repository
- Ability to give training talks
- Manage and coordinate internally and with the client the training sessions and information gathering for the required documentation

Who You Are
- Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

- Performs activities to achieve customer contract performance targets in compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract collaborating with the commercial customer and Kyndryl stakeholders
- Activities include customer billing/invoicing, prepare proposal/quote and/or basic contract/agreement, contract registration, maintain contract risks, issues & deliverables, manage audit readiness/contract compliance, support contract performance reporting and other end-to end activities in the Lead-to-cash workflow
- Supports contracts in the initiation, steady state and termination phases of the contract lifecycle using Kyndryl processes, tools and methodologies
- Knowledge manager / ITIL / Metrics
- Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

- Professional in Systems Engineering or related with ITIL v4 Certification
- Experience in ITIL v4 process management in technology projects
- Social and strong leadership skills
- Abstraction capabilities of ITIL processes to generate the associated procedures that allow control
- Monitoring and continuous improvement
- Process compilation and documentation skills
- Knowledge transfer skills and group training talks
- Management knowledge of ITSM tools to obtain metrics
- Experience in innovation plans for new processes to be incorporated into the organization
