**About the Job**
IntouchCX, one of the world’s leading outsourcing companies, is looking for a Human Resources Data Analyst for their Human Resources team.
We are looking for someone who has the knowledge and skills to turn raw data into information and insight, which can be used to make business decisions.
A successful Human Resources Data Analyst needs to have a combination of technical as well leadership skills. A background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Economics can serve as a solid foundation to build your career as a Human Resources Data Analyst.
**As Human Resources Data Analyst, You Will**
- Translate business requirements into appropriate deliverables in various report forms (e.g. Tableau reports)
- Responsible for developing business insights reports at varying frequencies
- Independently handle discussions and meetings and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders and partners to ensure their needs and requirements are up to date
- Create efficiencies in the way data is collected, managed, and interpreted within the organization
- Perform data quality assessments as needed to ensure the cleanliness of data
- Manage multiple projects with limited guidance and ensure the on-time execution of deliverables with great accuracy
- Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
- Assign numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time
- Analyze local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
- Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
**As Human Resources Data Analyst, You Have**
- Bachelor of Science in BS Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience (required)
- At least 1 to 3 years experience in data management and/or a similar role
- Proven working experience in data analysis
- Experience using formulas, pivot tables, data visualization tools (tableau, looker, data studio), and knowledge of data management
- English language proficiency
- The ability to collaborate frequently with many other team members and be able to demonstrate clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to translate different data points into automated BI Dashboards
- Ability to properly document different data sources and their relationships
- Ability to perform exceptional quality checks (e.g. find data discrepancies, root causes analysis)
- Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of data structure, relationship between data, etc.
- Ability to collaborate and work in complex environment with multiple stakeholders across various departments/partners and different systems
- Must be able to self-manage daily activities and time in a changing environment
- Have an eye for detail and organization
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
