**MISIÓN**
- Liderazgo y desarrollo del pipeline de proyectos relacionados con data de la compañía, asegurando el cumplimiento e implementación de procesos y herramientas que generen valor a los diferentes stakholders.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Administrar el roadmap de proyectos:

- Crear y mantener el roadmap de proyectos de acuerdo a las necesidades y objetivos del negocio.
- Asegurar e identificar las necesidades para el desarrollo de cada uno de los proyectos a su cargo
- Levantamiento de las necesidades de datos: modelos de data analyitcs, dashboard de gestión de negocio y operación

**EXPERIENCIA**
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en las funciones relacionadas

**FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA**
- Profesional carreras de ingeniería, administración, actuaria o carreras afines enfocados.

**HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTO**
- Administración y manejo de datos
- Herramientas de datos,
- Lenguajes de programación (Python) para limpiar, transformar y administrar grandes datasets. Expertis en el uso de herramientas de visualización de datos
- Power BI, tableau ó Microstrateg
- Conocimiento de data pipelines ETL
- Entendimiento de modelos estadísticos: Interpretación de datos y generación de drivers para la guía en la toma de decisiones.
- Habilidades en la gestión de proyectos: estrategia, planeación y comunicación con diferentes equipos.
