Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Content Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content development, with specific expertise in using Articulate 360. This role involves coaching and reviewing the work of team members, managing complex projects, and driving key initiatives to enhance our content offerings. The candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and have 6+ years of relevant experience. How You'll Make An Impact Translate content from English to Latino‑Spanish and Portuguese. Utilize advanced skills in Articulate 360 to develop engaging, interactive content and continuously improve quality. Lead and manage complex content development projects from inception through completion, ensuring on‑time, on‑scope, on‑budget delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet their expectations. Drive key initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the content development team and identify opportunities for innovation. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including instructional designers, subject‑matter experts, and IT, for cohesive solutions. About You Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese; working knowledge of French (Canada). 6+ years of experience in content development with a proven track record of managing complex projects. Expertise in Articulate 360 and other e‑learning authoring tools. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
