**About Vasco Design LLC**:
Utah-based firm focused on commercial handyman services, building maintenance, and tenant improvements for clients like Kiln, Stack Realestate, and Cushman & Wakefield. We're expanding our online presence to drive engagement and leads. Role includes synergies with Metalsistem USA (metal storage solutions) for cross-promotion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn (e.g., posts, videos on design projects, client stories).
- Edit videos and graphics to boost engagement (using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe).
- Monitor analytics, respond to interactions, and grow our audience.
- Collaborate on synergies: Content highlighting Vasco-Metalsistem integrations (e.g., shelving in design projects).
- Support broader marketing efforts tied to sales goals.
- Postings as schedules/campaigns require across Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn.
- Assist in ideation and editing of ads.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- _**Fluent English**_; experience with B2B LinkedIn a plus.
- Proficient in video editing (e.g., Premiere, CapCut) and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Insights).
- Reliable internet, computer (with editing software), and workspace.
- Creative, reliable, and results-driven.
