- About the role_
We are seeking a sharp, driven, punctual, and organized professional with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, management experience, process and objective oriented to be responsible for the operation for all the HUBs and PLAs. This is an opportunity to work with a world-class operations team on the daily functions that drive our business.
Be comfortable with constant change and seeking the continuous improvement required for a dynamic project
- What you'll do day in day out_
The Vehicle Ops Shift Coordinator is responsible the Parking Lot Operation of multiple Hubs, PLAs and Parking Lot Ops Specialists within a city, he or she must ensure all KPIs and processes for the department are met and PLA complete their tasks and responsibilities
- Make sure every PLA accomplish their performance goals & responsibilities
- Schedule the PLAs shifts to ensure 100% coverage in all shifts and Hubs
- Monitors and updates the Parking Ops related KPIs
- Generate, improve and discard parking ops procedures from the playbook
- Systematically report the team's performance and make sure the team has clear understanding of the main issues to be addressed
- Correctly escalate issues to the Fleet manager and/or the Senior Management Team when is needed
- Support People Operations with the payroll of PLAs on a bi-weekly basis
- Generate optimization projects with the main stakeholders: People Operations, Driver Operations, Planning, legal and public affairs, etc.
- What you need to have_
- 2-4 years of experience leading support agent teams, operations teams or similar
- 2-4 years of experience in fleet or transportation management
- Experience in staff management and soft-skills
- Excellent leadership skills and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and assertive Communicator
- Rigorous & Meticulous
- Analytical and curious
- Committed - Goes the extra mile when a situation requires it
- Act as owner of a situation when a manager is out of reach
- Look for continuous improvement
- Tech savvy
- Intermediate to advance english skills
- Intermediate skills with spreadsheet and reports
