As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

**Some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Track and trace the loads, make sure the updates are on time.
- Confirm the pick up and delivery date.
- Call on time the drivers and clients supervising the freights are pick up and delivered in a proper way.
- Data entry on load boards, portals, and TMS (Transport Management System).

**Requirements**:
**What would help you succeed**:

- Studies: High School Degree, university student or desirable Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related. If you are a student looking for a job or if you are looking for a company to do your internship you can also apply.
- Language: B2+ or C1 English proficiency. Be able to have fluent communication both written and verbally.
- Desirable experience in customer service or in a logistic related field.

**Perks**:

- The schedule would be from Sunday to Friday from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Starts on Sundays at 9 pm and ends on Fridays at 5 am. (We work by the American calendar).
- On site at WeWork Santa Fe in Medellín or at WeWork Barranquilla.
- Competitive Salary ($2'000.000 + night surcharges and transportation allowance) + Benefits (Gym membership, nutrition plan, health plan, and other related).
- Indefinite term contract.
