Como Sales Development Representative vas a generar oportunidades de negocio para la fuerza comercial de Masiv, de manera que crezca la base instalada de nuestra solución en el mercado.
En el rol tendrás que generar reuniones entre clientes potenciales (también llamados prospectos) en Estados Unidos y Canadá y el área de ventas que lleven a desarrollar oportunidades de negocio para Masiv y nutrir a contactos en cuentas nuevas (new logos), así como a nuevas áreas de negocio dentro de clientes existentes (base instalada), a través de diferentes toques (correo, llamada, conexión por LinkedIn, video) que lleven a programar reuniones entre éstos y el área comercial.
**Requisitos**:
**¿Qué debes tener para ser nuestro SDR?**
- 2 años de experiência en adelante en venta de servicios intangibles y desarrollo de estrategias comerciales B2B y experiência en relacionamiento con clientes.
- Ser profesional o estudiante de últimos semestres en carreras Administrativas y/o Ingenierías.
- Nível de inglés B2-C1 (excluyente).
- Experiência en la calificación de leads, prospección de clientes y contactos.
- Manejo de herramientas Office, Sales Navigator y algún CRM.
- Competencias a nível de empatía, comunicación asertiva, trabajo en equipo, persuasión, habilidades investigativas y todas las ganas de aprender y crecer a nível comercial.
- Puedes estar ubicado en cualquier parte de Colombia.
