**Job Description - Next Generation Builders**

Schedule from 10 am - 7:00 pm

**Salary/rate**:
1.000 USD

**Requirements**:

- An understanding of why some content works and some doesn’t
- Communication and leadership skills
- Storytelling skills
- Writing and editing skills
- Social media skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
- Multitasking skills for working with many crew members at once
- Creative thinking with an excellent eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients and members of the production team
- Knowledge of post-production techniques
- Physical ability to move and hold recording equipment for long periods
- Understanding of computer software used for planning, editing and scripting
- At least 2 years of experience editing videos

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with editors, writers, actors, producers, project managers and other team members to produce content
- Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in terms of search engine optimization, content trends and consumer behavior
- Updating older content to meet new content standards
- Ensuring consistency across all content, from websites to social media channels and videos
- Maintaining a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates
- Overseeing the development and launch of new content channels.
- Filming video on set and on location.
- Working with creative teams and clients to plan video shoots
- Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment.
- Editing footage after recording.
- Adding computer graphics, closed captioning and special effects to footage.
- Preparing background film, also called “B” rolls.

Pay: $4,400,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Cundinamarca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
