**Seize the Opportunity to Shape Performance Marketing**

Be part of our client’s team as a SEO Strategist, contributing to our growth by implementing strategic SEO initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting various SEO projects, conducting keyword research, site auditing, and developing content and link-building strategies.

**Propel Your Impact: Responsibilities**
- Conduct continuous keyword research and provide recommendations for targeting and metadata using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Google Analytics.
- Audit websites for low-hanging fruit opportunities; deliver prioritized recommendations for enhancing SEO ranking through technical execution, content, and link strategies.
- Research and analyze competitor content and links.
- Assist the Senior SEO Strategist in developing and implementing SEO strategies and tactics.
- Audit Google Business Profiles (as applicable) to identify issues and opportunities, implementing improvements and monthly optimizations, including citation building, content updates, NAP consistency monitoring, and monthly reporting.
- Conduct monthly SEO reporting analysis.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to enhance SEO positions for target keywords.

**Shape Your Success: Qualifications Needed**
- Proven SEO experience (5+ years) with a successful track record of growing organic search traffic and conversions.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, SEO best practices, and inbound marketing tactics.
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics) including goal setting, ecommerce tracking, and custom reporting. Google Analytics Certification Preferred.
- Experience working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Vignette).
- Experience with project management tools, software, and methodology (Asana, Basecamp, Jira, etc).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to self-manage time and work schedule.
- Positive, flexible, and well-organized to thrive in a fast-moving environment and meet challenging deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong working relationships.
