**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning & Management:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes in scope effectively.
- Agile Process Implementation:

- Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent and effective use of Jira for project tracking and reporting.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of cloud-based software projects.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and other team members.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment, motivating team members to excel.
- Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting project progress and risks.
- Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
- Cloud-Based Software Projects:

- Lead the planning and execution of cloud-based software projects.
- Coordinate with DevOps and IT teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of cloud solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in software development.
- Proven experience with Jira and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Strong understanding of cloud-based software development and deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Currently living in Latin America
- Certifications (preferred):

- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud certification.
